We Are Hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in the: 

Community Engagement Day Program
DSPs in this setting support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities with community integration and exploration. The support staff engages with a group of three individuals on a daily basis, supporting them with achieving their goals and will typically spend the day working on socialization skills, money management, exploring the community, gaining new interest and recreational activities. 

Community Coaching Program
Community coaching DSPs have the same responsibilities as the DSP in the CE program however, works with individuals that typically have more behavioral challenges and requires more one on one attention, one DSP works with one individual in the community coaching program.

Center Based Day Program
Our DSPs that work in the center based program remain at the center assisting the individuals with participating in activities of their choice and completing skill building activities; periodically exploring the community. The DSP works with a group of 4-6 individuals 

Qualifications: HS diploma/GED, 1 year of professional or life experience working with ID/DD population, positive attitude, pass criminal background check, being active and encouraging to the individuals we serve.
