Friend Village is a residential home for developmentally disabled individuals, licensed by BDHSD, which provides 24-hour care located in Virginia Beach. It is a congregate service with staff support and supervision for adults with a DD Waiver. Individuals live with 3 other individuals; each person has their own room and essentially, they live as a family. Friend Village provides person-centered supports and skill building. The Direct Support Professionals provide person-centered supports and skill building.
